Santa Session Terms and Conditions

Please choose your booking time carefully as due to Santa's popularity moving your booking may not be possible. If you do need to reschedule a $25 admin fee will apply.

No reshoots can be taken so ensure you and your family arrive stress free and prepared for meeting Santa.

We aim to make everyone as comfortable as possible and Santa loves making children happy. Please aim to arrive at least 5 mins before your session.

If you are a no show there are no other booking times to move you to, please note this is something we cannot help due to Santa’s popularity.

A no show will result in your booking fee being forfeited.

Children’s Supervision
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please ensure they stay within sight throughout your visit.

Access
If you or someone in your group has reduced mobility, please contact us in advance — we're happy to help with any special accommodations where possible.

Food & Drink
We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought inside.

Health & Safety
Your safety is important to us! Please be mindful of your surroundings, especially near stairs and doorways. While we do our best to create a safe space, we are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.

Conduct
Please be kind, respectful, and considerate to others. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave.

Lost Property
Before you go, take a moment to check for your belongings. We do not take responsibility for lost belongings.

Right to Cancel & Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel a booking or refuse service if a guest provides false information, violates our policies, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and, where applicable, offer an alternative solution.
